Facebook as our social media

From the research on the facebook, we know that a lot of students in Denmark use facebook as their's conmunication tool, and many of them are week on the tax information . So them would like our idea about campaign and expet to join our campaign.  

As we making campaign to promote the product about tax calculator from tax office we have decided to use Facebook as a social media platform, as Facebook is one the social platforms which is being used by most of international students in Denmark , and we knew it will be easy to attract them and join in the campaign.

Ø  What is Facebook, when was it found and who found it?

Facebook is a social networking site that helps people communicates more efficiently with their friends, family and coworkers. Facebook was founded in February 2004, by Mark Zuckerberg with his college roommates, when he was an undergraduate student at Harvard University. (www.wikipidea.org) as on January 2011 Facebook has more than 600 million active users.

Ø  How does Facebook work?

Facebook is a great way to bring traffic to your website and bring prospect and make money as for business. This is how Facebook work for business and also for personal.

First one needs to create a profile where people will like to know you or about your business. This where you will include personal details.

Make friends:  After creating profile starting inviting people to be your friends and make sure that you will invites people who have the same interest with.

·         Mass communication: after you have created the profile and have invited friends now one can join in communication. Facebook has a wall where people can post a message and friends can comment and start conversation there is a like button where one can like the post on the wall. Also there is inbox where one can send a private message and also there is chat where one can do instant conversation with a friend.

·         Create group: also one can create a group where you can invite people of the similar interest. E.g. Business schools and makes events.
